How to read the labels of mineral water
The water is by definition the essential element for life
it regulates body temperature, aids digestion, promotes
lubrication of the eyes, skin, helps diuresis and the
elimination of liquids.
When you drink, not only quenches our thirst, but let's
add to our body substances such as calcium, sodium, sulfur,
magnesium, bicarbonate ..., fundamental for our body.
Minerals that are recognized by the Minister of Health as
the waters that contain the chemical - physical and
microbiological properties that allow it to be marketed.
By definition, mineral waters are "waters which, having
originated from an aquifer or underground reservoir, comes
from one or more natural or bore sources and that have
special characteristics and properties of hygiene for
health."

The mineral waters should be stored in areas exposed to
sunlight, this is because the heat can alter and affect
the balance of bacterial flora in our body.
Besides, it is better to drink water at room temperature
and is of considerable importance to the control of the
expiration date printed on the same label of the bottle.

Once you open the water must be taken to close it properly,

characteristics.
There is no fixed rule, but the ideal would be to drink at
